Cancellation

Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot edit or cancel any items. Please make sure all information provided is correct before checking out.

Returns & Exchanges

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returned Orders/Undeliverable Packages

In the rare situation that your order is returned to us because the address provided is incorrect and/or is marked undeliverable for any reason, an additional fee is required for us to ship the order to you a second time. You can always contact us about any concerns about returned packages.

Once your order is marked as delivered, we are unable to dispute lost package claims.
